A: All shipments are fully insured until they arrive in your hands. 

Q: I would like to have my ring/ bracelet/ necklace resized. Is this possible?

A: We offer one free resizing within the first month of the purchase. Rings can be sized down, depending on the style of the ring. Bracelets and Necklaces can be sized down. For further assistance, please send queries to the Contact Us section.

Q: Do you do engagement rings?

Q: I lost a much-loved piece. Can it be replaced?

Q: Can I order by phone?

A: All orders must be made on our Site unless they are custom orders. However, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at help@fifthbond.com

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Fifth Bond accepts online orders for shipment to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipments will not be made to Puerto Rico, the outer islands, or internationally.
